Return Policy

Check your parcel at delivery

With cash on delivery you pay only when your parcel arrives. If you do not want to accept the parcel, simply refuse it at the door. It is returned to us and your order is cancelled, with nothing to pay.

After you accept the parcel

Our products are food items, so once a parcel has been accepted and opened it cannot be returned, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Wrong or damaged item?

If you receive a wrong, damaged or leaking item, contact us at info@meemorganics.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will look into it.
